ELIGIBILITY
1. Applicant must be a Tibetan refugee student with a valid Green Book.
2. Applicant must have passed the Grade 12 CBSE / ICSE examinations.

• Class 12-mark statement
• Copy of Green Book
• Recent photograph
• One-page statement of need — TCEF College Scholarships are awarded based on both need and merit.
